RBGC 2026 Club Champs & Shirley & Colin Simpson Trophy

Come along for this epic day on the RBGC golfing calendar – our Club Championship final matches and our very popular Simpson Stableford Trophy event.  All details in the attached poster!

This year, we’re trialling a slightly different format for the day, designed to give everyone the opportunity to enjoy their own golf and then get out on the course to watch the championship finals.  Here’s how the day will work:

Club Championship Matches

• Tee off between 9.00–9.30am & play their first 18 holes
• Stop in at the clubhouse for a well-deserved catered lunch break, then head back out afterwards to play their final 18 holes.  By this stage, the Simpson Trophy players will be completing their final 9 holes.

Shirley & Colin Simpson Stableford – 27 Holes

• Registration between 8.30–9.00am & tee off from 9.30am & play all 27 holes consecutively
• While the Championship players are having lunch, the Simpson Trophy players will continue around the course and effectively overtake the Championship matches.  Once they have completed their 27 holes, Simpson Trophy players can head out to watch the final holes of the Championship matches

We look forward to seeing you there!
